Ribbon-Mak is a product group comprising machine solutions developed to meet different application requirements in edge banding processes. Under the Ribbon-Mak brand, two different machines are offered.
The Ribbon-Mak gluing machine is specifically designed for the application of pre-glued PVC and melamine edge bandings. In addition to straight-edge applications, it is engineered to be used for curved edge banding, delivering effective and controlled results on curved surfaces.
Thanks to its compact dimensions and balanced weight, the machine is portable, easy to use, and practical. Its purpose-oriented design and cost-effective structure make it a productive alternative for businesses of various sizes. All functional and performance tests have been completed, confirming high bonding quality and consistent application results.
The Ribbon-Mak rewinding machine is developed for cutting large rolls into specified lengths or measuring the length of rolls with unknown footage. It provides accurate measurement and controlled cutting for edge bandings and similar roll-based products, facilitating production and inventory operations.
With its practical operating features, the machine helps prevent time loss, minimize measurement errors, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
The edge cleaning knife is used to trim both sides of the edge band simultaneously after application. It is suitable for melamine, 0.40 mm PVC, and wood veneer edge bandings.
Thanks to its adjustable and expandable mechanism, it can be applied to edge widths ranging from 18 mm to 33 mm, providing flexibility for different panel thicknesses and applications.
Self-adhesive screw caps are used to cover screw heads on furniture surfaces in an aesthetic and practical manner. Our products are available in 14 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm diameter options, meeting a wide range of application requirements.
With a thickness of 0.40 mm, the caps provide a smooth and natural appearance that blends seamlessly with the surface. All caps can be produced in any required color, ensuring high compatibility with panel and edge banding surfaces.
Thanks to their strong adhesive backing, the caps are easy to apply, offer long-lasting adhesion, and contribute to a clean and uniform furniture finish.
The Teflon iron pad is a complementary accessory used during the manual application of pre-glued PVC edge bandings to prevent heat-related deformation of the PVC surface. Its heat-resistant Teflon structure ensures controlled heat transfer during application and prevents burning, gloss marks, or surface damage.
By protecting the PVC surface, the Teflon iron pad improves application quality and helps achieve smooth, durable, and long-lasting results.
